Family with children will appreciate this place
The staff were very good when we faced a medical emergency, always checking up on us and even extending our stay. I was really surprised by how well the kitchen was equipped, we cooked meals and enjoyed them as a family.
It was pricey but nothing too outrageous.

Every staff member was incredibly kind and outstandingly accommodating. The hotel had great and stunning location close enough to National Park and a short distance to downtown Canmore. Tried some takeout specials at Freshii, luckily it was just a pleasant stroll away from the venue.

The room was reasonably spacious, it had hair dryers, a shower cap and bath sheets. The bed seemed exceptionally comfortable and it was fairly clean all around...

Absolutely loved the mountain views from our balcony 🏔️ The one-bedroom apartment was spacious and had a full kitchen. Just wish there was a cozy blanket for the couch to snuggle up with while relaxing by the fireplace.

The price and cleanliness excellent a nice little kitchenette - good size and beautiful view
This is the first hotel where we stayed that did not have a hair dryer, iron board or iron, and if you can imagin no TV guide - not even on the TV - the TV was not a flat screen which is a minor complaint but we could not tell what channel was playing what - and no microwave - you can get a cheap microwave

The two-bedroom suite had ample space, perfect for our group. The hot tub was an amazing spot to unwind after a day exploring. Cooking in the well-equipped kitchen. We took advantage of the laundry, especially after a week on the road. Staff greeted us with warmth and were quick to assist whenever needed. We loved strolling through Canmore-the scenery is fine. The noise from the highway was noticeable, especially in our suite on the second floor. The pool also felt a bit small given the number of guests, and we would have appreciated some dining options on-site. A great stay, but a few tweaks could enhance the experience.

My room was spotless thanks to the amazing staff. The food was local and there were plenty of dishes in the menu. The location was unbeatable and peaceful, close to the mountains, Canmore and the center of town. There was A&w Restaurant nearby, offering quick meals.

Oh, the mountain views were a dream, and that location was perfect for strolling into downtown Canmore! The staff were pretty good too. Plus, the hot tubs were a great way to unwind after a day of exploring.
Now, the hot tubs were shoulder to shoulder with folks, which can be a bit crowded. A heads-up that kitchen gear could've used a few extra pieces, too.

Comfortable room, fireplace, within walking distance of town.
The hot tub and pool were good but backed right onto the highway, so there was some noise.

The location was great except for the freeway noise. The rom meat our needs well.
I resented having to purchase toilet paper when our roll expired. I was stuck in the basement garage when my room key failed to let me enter the building.

I appreciated having Netflix available in the living room. It was nice to unwind and enjoy a movie after a chilly evening outside. The staff quickly assisted when our box was acting up and replaced it right away. It felt good knowing they cared about my experience.
The fire alarm was very sensitive and went off while cooking, inconvenient. A blanket for the couch would have added to the comfort while relaxing by the fireplace.
